OIP has implemented a Code of Conduct & Business Ethics (approved by its Board of Directors), in order to be in accordance with the company’s business ethics policy. This Code comprises a ‘whistleblower’ process to encourage reporting of detected ethical violations. Given the importance we attach to conducting our activities in an ethical manner; our employees, officers and directors are all committed to follow the regulations of the mentioned Code, as well as all other ethics related procedures and legal requirements.
