Production Planner

Are you an organized and detail-oriented planner with a strong understanding of production processes and affinity for project management? Do you thrive in ensuring smooth production workflows?

Your Role

As a Production Planner, you will manage the creation of production orders, material allocation, and collaborate across departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of operational projects from start to finish.

  • Manage the operations projects assigned to you
  • Actively involved in improvement projects
  • Upload and validate M-BOM information into the ERP system for seamless operations.
  • Create and manage production plans to make sure projects stay on track.
  • Set up production orders in the ERP system based on project details.
  • Handle production orders, and ensure materials are allocated on time.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, assembly, and QC teams to keep production on schedule.
  • Track project budgets and assist with calculations for tenders.
  • Prepare cost estimates for repairs and start the return process in the ERP system.
  • Take care of administrative tasks, like transfers between projects and documentation.
  • Keep capacity lists updated to ensure efficient project planning.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in production planning and ERP systems.
  • Ability to create and manage detailed production schedules.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience in budget tracking and calculations is a plus.
